If you have made an error in making your contribution to Postcrossing or if you had an automatic recurring transfer that you forgot to cancel on time, please get in touch within the following 2 weeks from the payment date and we'll see that it gets back to you. For contributions done through Paypal, this means the value will return to your Paypal account.
